The Comité Directeur, the board of directors, consists of a maximum of nine persons from at least four countries. Elections take place twice a year at the occasion of the Agora. The CD is composed of a President, a Secretary, a Treasurer and six additional members charged with specific tasks, among them up to three Vice-Presidents. Every CD member has his or her own area of responsibility. As a whole, the CD is the administrative and represantative body of AEGEE, with responsibility for contacts to the European Union and the Council of Europe.
